The Best Roulette Quotes

Here is a compilation of Roulette quotes that hold a lot of truth and can perhaps provide a little insight.

“And those who are brave shall choose Roulette, or perhaps Roulette shall choose them.  And those brave shall not look away from the wheel in fear as thy ball bounces, for wherever it may land.  Destiny.  And whatever the outcome, the true gamblers, of which Roulette is their game, will trudge forward on the green, number felt, which is their battlefield.”   ~ Anonymous

“The smarter you play, the luckier you’ll be.” ~ Mark Pilarski

“The typical gambler might not really understand the probabilistic nuances of the wheel or the dice, but such things seem a bit more tractable than, say, trying to raise a child in this lunatic society of ours.”  ~ Arthur S. Reber

The crowd really helped our energy as a team. It kinda had the juices flowing [and] it’s really kinda fun to play in this atmosphere.”  ~ Rylan Rizza on a Roulette experience.

“Pondering is a little like considering and a little like thinking, but looser. To ponder, one must let the facts roll around the rim of the mind’s roulette wheel, coming to settle in whichever slot they feed pulled to.” ~ Christopher Moore

What Not To Say In A Casino – Basic Etiquette

By Harry von Schlussel

There are just certain things you should refrain from saying in casinos – its part of good etiquette. You also don’t want to appear rude towards fellow players or oblivious to how the game/s are played. Here is a list of what you should never say at a casino:

  1. Voicing what move you’re going to make next – just do it, don’t say it.
  2. If you didn’t win, don’t express your dissatisfaction aloud. Don’t swear and get angry at the dealer, it’s not his/her fault you made the wrong moves.
  3. Don’t give advice to other players as to what bets they should [place or tell them what moves will be beneficial to their game.
  4. Never tell other players that you’ll need to leave soon because they will know your time is limited and you’re not playing to your fullest potential.
  5. Don’t ever tell a bad bet story at the tables. You’ll come over as a negative person and people don’t want to surround themselves with negativity when gambling or at any time for that matter.

Those are just a few of the most important things you should never say whilst gambling. In order for you to have a pleasant experience, you need to make the experience pleasant for the other players.
